If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. Some manufacturers charge a restocking fee. 

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 30 days

The product is in its original packaging

The product isn’t used or damaged

1.FAULTY GOODS
We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please head over to our Contact Us section.

To help us get this fixed for you ASAP, when you first contact us please include the following information;

-Your name

-Order number

-Product name and code

-Picture of the fault

-Description of the fault(The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email).

2.WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).

3.SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from ikwileenweb.
